Senior Manager, Product & Customer Insights, Marketing with a Leading Global Internet Retailer

The business has an exciting opportunity for a bold, innovative and dynamic leader to invent, build and scale a new global service focused on marketing insights. You will dive deep into ambiguous and complex issues, starting with social media and how to better understand and grow customer engagement. You will be responsible for hiring a cross-functional team, setting the strategic vision, experimenting with different approaches on how to best drive our marketing strategy and scaling this through automation and other levers. You will deliver results through your team based on analysing, evaluating and surfacing opportunities to senior leadership globally. You will monitor globally for areas to innovate and inspire. You will actively challenge the status quo and not be scared to roll-up your sleeves.
Manage ambiguity: Understand complex business problems across business units, geographies and product lines to create hypotheses and translate this into analysis and identify significant insights that help improve customer engagement
Deliver results and innovate: You will lead large and complex efforts to determine where the business can improve its marketing measurements, strategy and actions. This includes: building and innovating methodologies, automation, research, analysis, and, recommendations. You will present results to WW senior management and influence actions to drive change quickly across their global organisation.
Team: Lead hiring and onboarding of new team members and contribute to our high performing culture.
Stakeholder management: Work with business teams to understand their priorities and collaborate with them on deep dives, continuous improvement and actions to improve our customers’ experience.
