Key Account Manager with a Leading Global Internet Retailer

The business has an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead looking to accelerate their career in a demanding leadership role, managing the New Seller Recruitment programme for Mid-Market (Other Hardlines). In this role you will be in charge of leading a seller recruitment team, launching and growing B2B sellers and developing a deep understanding of business performance in order to support the business’s growth plans. Furthermore, as a leader you will interact with the EU Product Management team and the ‘buy-side’ of the business, advocating the voice of the seller to ensure insights and business development opportunities are captured in the B2B product roadmap.
The ideal candidate for this role has a relentless focus on customers and sellers, is able to balance seller needs with competing business priorities, and holds the bar high for all new seller facing enhancements. The business is a strategic priority; as a leader the candidate will be expected to develop strategic plans and set goals, including business planning cycles, automate and scale processes across EU teams, and deliver on goals by continuously auditing the business, deeply understanding problems, and taking action.
